IPhone 4S Battery Complaints

The iPhone 4S, the latest revolution in smartphone technology. Sales of A new iPhone come with much fanfare, but also seem to come with at least one major complaint. This holds true for the 4S which is said to have an extremely low battery life, with battery draining even when the phone is barely being used. Iphone users have scarmbled to find a solution to the problem, with some saying that turnoning off the time zone feature on the phone might help the longevity of the phones battery. Apple is used to controversy as shown by the "Antennagate" incident in which the IPhone 4 had difficulty taking calls. Apple however, believes that the Antenna gate controversy had been overblown, and that only a few customers had complained about the product.
When you release a product, it is supposed to have gone through a series of test. Any product that has been released onto the market has to be a finished product. There is no period for mistakes, those had to have been addressed earlier in the testing stages. However, repeatedly Apple uses the advantage it has of a superior quality and an abundance of customer loyalty to release sub par products onto the market. In my opinion, this is one time too many. I say tat the consumers should put the power back into their hands, if consumers really want an Iphone 5 that isn't released with a bug, or glitch. If the consumers want an Iphone 5 that got all the kinks worked out when they should have, they should boycott apple products until this problem is fixed. Maybe next time the product will live up to its expected billing. Rest in peace Steve Jobs.

Facebook Assaulted By Spam

Facebook is being assaulted by spam. Viruses as a result of users lacking caution when dealing with unknown URL has lead to pornographic images being shared on the social networking site. Facebook is working quickly to make sure that the targeted accounts are cleansed or removed from the system as to not cause further problems. The images included pornography as I previously stated, and violent images. Facebook has stated that in order to avoid these problems their users should use up to date browsers and report any suspicious content.
13. Thats the age that Mark Zuckerberg has decided is the right age for children to begin to use social networking sites like Facebook. 7 500 000. The amount of kids under 13 on Facebook. Porn. Something that children , never mind those under 13,  shouldn't being seeing. When I go on Facebook, I go to socialize with friends, not to see 100's of inappropriate images on the site. The images affected a lot of people, I had several friends afflicted with the issue. Facebook's inability to protect its users from this atrocity is unacceptable, especially when the age minimum is only 13. Its a known rule, that once children are invited to a party certain standards are to be upheld. All discussion should be censored so that the children aren't exposed to anything malicious. This is a lesson Mark Zuckerberg needs to learn.

"It Ain't a Day For Quitting Nothing"

"Oops." That's all Presidential Rick Perry had to say about his monumental slip up in Wednesday night's debate. In  a debate that appeared destined to be dominated by the abundance of sex scandals that Herman Cain, one of Perry's main competitors, had encountered, Perry stole the show. Perry was talking about one of the main foundations for his campaign , his plan to eliminate 3 government departments, as a way to cut spending. He listed the first: education, and then followed with the second: commerce, but the third seemed to allude him. Even his fellow debators attempted to help him.  He later recalled after the debate, that the agency he wished to cut was the Energy department. Rick Perry has a lot of damages to deal with as the result of his misstep. Some say it has hurt his chance s of winning the election.
In my opinion, Rick Perry's gaffe is was too great for me. A presidential candidate who cannot remember a key part of his policy, becomes a president who cannot remember the lesser known people in the community. He had only needed to remember three departments, if it had been a longer list, I would be more sympathetic. I also disagree with his department cuts. The department of Education? Energy? Commerce? The are the exact areas that are in need of more funding, not funding cuts. On Wednesday night Rick Perry lost a debate, but more importantly he may have also lost the election.

What's Next for Dr Conrad Murray?

The first step in the long process of putting the killer of Michael Jackson behind bars began on November 8th. Dr.Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, of which the maximum sentence is 4 years. Dr Conrad Murray, however, will most likely receive a shorter sentence, due to the fact that he has mostly a clean slate in terms of criminal offenses. The next step of the process, has already started. The defense team of Dr. Murray have began the process of appealing the ruling. This may take the case all the way to the U.S supreme court, though, it is highly unlikely. Next Murray will be held in prison until his sentencing on the 29th. He is currently under suicide watch. Michael Jackson Mom and Dad are both taking it upon themselves to file civil lawsuits, against AEG Entertainment and Murray respectively. Also books about the case are likely to be published about the case.
My opinion on the case is not exactly straightforward. Yes, Dr. Murray held a hand in Michael Jackson's death. He did not call 911 soon enough, and also he did supply the deadly drugs to Jackson. However, one has to wonder, is Jackson's death the doctors fault or someone else's. Is it's Joe Jackson's, Michael's father, fault, for stealing Michael Jackson's childhood from him, resulting in the depression that led to the need for medication. Is it society's fault, for slowly breaking Jackson down through constant attacks , always contributing an insult to the man whenever one was needed. More likely, it was Jackson's fault. Michael Jackson is a grown man. He should accept the fault for all of his mistakes. He brought upon a lot of the criticism from society, and also he would not be as successful as he is if not for his father. He asked for the medicine, all Dr.Murray did was provide the doses. In my opinion, the man that was ruled guilty today is not the killer. To identify the killer, all Michael needs to do, is look at the man in the mirror. Rest In Peace Michael, we miss you.
